Procession of Silence in Queretaro, Mexico

Hooded penitents carry wooden crosses as they begin the Procession of Silence through the streets on Good Friday during Holy Week March 30, 2018 in Querétaro, Mexico. The penitents, known as Nazarenes, carry the heavy crosses and drag chains in a four hour march in memory of the passion of Christ.
