The Clocktower of Pachuca, Mexico

The Clocktower Monument, called Reloj Monumental de Pachuca in Spanish at the Plaza Independencia in Pachuca, Hidalgo State, Mexico. The towner donated by Cornish miner Francis Rule, was built in 1907, is 40 meters tall and surrounded by four statues representing Reform, Liberty, Independence and the Constitution.
