Annapolis Maryland

Sailboats moored along the Annapolis waterfront with the historic Charles Carroll house and St. Mary's Church in the skyline. Charles Carroll of Carrollton secured his family¹s vision of personal, political and religious freedoms for all citizens when he became the only Catholic to sign the Declaration of Independence in 1776.....Maryland is now the only state in America in which the homes of all of its signers of the Declaration of Independence still exist and all are located in Annapolis. The Carroll House is one of only fifteen surviving signers' birthplaces in the United States.
